| CMH is Asia's new lifestyle destination that features a world-class venue for high performance racing. The centrepiece is a 3.7 kilometre (km) track that satisfies requirements for FIA Grade 2 and FIM Grade A races which play host to international races like the Formula Nippon and Super GT. In the pipeline is the plan to bring the world-renowned Moto GP. |

| The track design and racing facility elements have a good mix of flexibility and functionality. The proposed 3.7 km race track at the CMH is a signature development designed by renowned track specialists from Japan. A world-class track that will be FIA Grade 2 and FIM Grade A certified, the calendar of events will include at least two international and two local racing events. |
